Who is Pilates suitable for?

Do men do Pilates?

Yes! Pilates is for everyone, including men. It’s a great way to build strength, improve balance, and enhance flexibility—benefits that apply to all genders.

How do I book a class?

You can book your class on classpass or directly through WhatsApp. Check our schedule and message us to reserve your spot.

How long is each class?

Each Pilates session is 45 minutes long.

What should I bring to class?

Please bring your own Pilates socks. If you don’t have a pair, don’t worry—we sell them at the studio.

What are your health and safety protocols?

To maintain a clean and safe environment, we ask all clients to wipe down their machines after class. The studio is also fully sanitized after the morning and evening sessions.

How much does a class cost?

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept FPS, PayMe, Visa, and MasterCard.

Is payment required in advance?

Yes, all payments must be made in advance to secure your booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

All classes at Zen Pilates are non-refundable and must be paid in advance. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide the best experience for all clients.

Who are the instructors?

All of our instructors are licensed Pilates professionals, ensuring you receive expert guidance in every class.

What results can I expect?

If you attend classes twice a week for three months, you can expect improved core strength, enhanced flexibility, and stronger muscles that are often underused in everyday life.

Do you offer special accommodations for people with disabilities?

Currently, we do not offer specific accommodations for clients with disabilities, but we aim to create a welcoming environment for all.

First Time

I’m a beginner. Can I join your classes?

Absolutely! Our classes are designed to cater to beginners, with a focus on slow, controlled movements and breathwork. We also offer a mix of levels for those who are more experienced.

Do I need to arrive early?

Yes, we ask that first-time clients arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled class. This allows time for a safety demonstration and an overview of our studio protocols.
